It also keeps a slightly milky texture, bringing roundness and balance to its fruity character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eRoast profile and brewing\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe roast it light to medium-light, to preserve its aromatic clarity while keeping the cup approachable.
