A warm coffee with chocolatey and fruity notes.

Grown in the mountainous region of Nueva Segovia, this coffee is the result of the work of Cafetos de Segovia, an exporter founded in 2015 by Ana and Martha Albir Sotomayor. This family-run business is committed to transparent and lasting relationships with local producers while showcasing high-quality coffees. Their work focuses mainly on the Dipilto and Jalapa mountain range, a terroir renowned for its high-altitude coffees.

This lot comes from Catimor, Catuai, and Red Catuai varieties, grown at 1,900 to 2,217 meters above sea level and processed using a washed fermented method. The aerobic fermentation refines the coffee’s structure and enhances its rich, indulgent notes.

In the cup, Dipilto delights with its smoothness and roundness. It develops a chocolatey and fruity profile, with aromas of dark caramel, milk chocolate, red plum, and orange. A well-balanced cup, perfect for espresso.
