Nestled at 1,600–1,650 meters above sea level, near Chirripó, Costa Rica’s highest peak, Allan Campos’ farm cultivates exceptionally refined coffees. By taking full control of his processing station, he meticulously fine-tunes every detail to preserve the natural harmony of his coffees.

Processed naturally with a slow 30-day drying period on African beds, this coffee develops a nuanced aromatic profile. The first sip is soft and bright, revealing a fruit-forward punch with a touch of coffee cherry. The tasting experience unfolds with delicate notes of plum, green apple, and rooibos tea, before a subtle finish with hints of passion fruit. A silky texture and long finish highlight the elegance of this lot, making it perfect for filter brewing.
