Sourced from the regions of Jinotega and Matagalpa, this coffee is grown by more than 1,500 smallholder farmers who are members of the Sajonia Estate cooperative. This committed organization supports local communities through social projects, technical assistance, and better remuneration for producers.

The Mombacho lot is then processed in the Nueva Segovia region, renowned for its high-quality, high-altitude coffees. The washed process ensures a clean and structured cup. Its medium roast brings out a pleasant sweetness, designed for espresso but also enjoyable with gentle brewing methods.
